Attorneys

Brooke’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense, defending claims in both Georgia and South Carolina. Brooke’s extensive knowledge in the area of workers’ compensation and desire to understand each client’s particular needs has enabled her to aggressively defend her clients in the most cost-efficient manner.  Brooke is passionate about defending her clients against frivolous and fraudulent claims and has proven her success in this niche. Brooke also assists clients in developing risk management programs to reduce the instances of work-related claims.

In her personal time, Brooke can be found around Charleston enjoying the Lowcountry life with her son. Brooke also enjoys expressing her creative side through interior design and calligraphy projects.

Ryan concentrates his workers’ compensation defense practice in the states of South Carolina and Georgia, and has represented his clients’ interests in litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution.  Throughout his career, Ryan has also practiced in criminal law, family law, and civil litigation, providing him with a vast array of knowledge and experiences to utilize in representing clients and preparing litigation strategies.  He strives to always provide his clients with a view of the big picture, while maintaining a focus on the details.

When Ryan is not serving his clients, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two children.  He enjoys exploring the Lowcountry and weekend getaways throughout the Southeast.
